Agent

1. Shut down air intercept radar

Once the intro cutscene begins, wait until Carrington warns you of the tower guards before starting. This way once you begin, the patrolling guard will be behind you and will not see you. Walk forward and knock out one of the two guards in front of you, then quickly knock down the second before he runs over to the gun turret over by the metal wall. Once the two guards are down, head down the pathway behind you and blast the two guards patrolling around the corner. Head down to the end of the path and you will see a gun turret in the corner, using the lean (Aim and then press C left or right) command, lean around the pillar and shoot the turret, if it aims at you release C to zip back behind the pillar before it fires. Keep doing this until it blows.

Head around the corner and you will see the main walls of the base. Lean around the rock wall on the left and you will see another gun turret. Use the lean trick to destroy it. Now for the tricky part. The tower with the two guards is in direct view when you leave the canyon. Rush out and run over to the base of the tower on the right. Wait for the guards to drop down the ladder then quickly blast them. If they do not, head up the ladder and knock them down. Go up into the tower, then to the left of the switch controlling the main door, you should see the intercept radar building over the wall. You should have picked up a few grenades from the guards at the start of the mission, take one out and aim at the left corner of the radar building.

Throw a grenade over the wall and you should hear two explosions, one from the grenade exploding and the second is the gun turret on the other side of the wall exploding. Another turret is on the right corner of the building, aim and throw another grenade over the wall to destroy it. With the two turrets gone, activate the switch and jump down to the main gate as it opens. Head through and hide from the third turret by dashing around the side of the radar building, it is safe now with the turrets gone. A guard might be patrolling around, blast him if you see him. Head around to the back of the radar, you should see a small opening in the wall on your right, head into it to pick up a shield. Around the next corner guards will be waiting, so quickly knock them down, then head over to the next corner.

You should pass by the opening leading down into the radar building, but first, destroy the gun turret on the wall as it will not see you from this position. You will need the key card from the technician to get into the hangars, you should see him standing over by an A51 interceptor robot, rush over and knock him out but do not kill him, as if you do not he will open a locked door for you in the next mission so you can get to a Phoenix. With the key card in hand, head back over to the opening, and head down into the radar. Inside you should find a control panel surrounded by mainframes. Take out the explosives and plant it on the console. You will need to make a break for it as it will explode in about 15 seconds. Rush back out of the room and up the ladder before it blows to complete objective 1.

2. Gain access to hangar lift

Once you are back up on the surface, you will need to get into one of the large hangars on the right wall. Facing the doors, the one on the right has two Dragon-wielding guards inside, but the one on the left is empty. Take whichever one, hit the switch on the side of the doors to call them up. Once inside an elevator (blast the two guards if you are in the right one) wait for it to take you down to the hangar to complete objective 2.

3. Make contact with CI spy

Once the door opens you will be in a large hangar bay with several guards around. Try to make a run for it as they throw grenades, but most of the time they will get caught in the blast so make sure you do not. Head around to the back of the room and blast any guards that appear (use a Dragon once you get one, the MagSec's really inaccurate). Head up the stairs at the back of the room and make you way over to the elevator on the other side of the hangar. Once inside the elevator, you will hear Jonathan informing you that you are closing in on his position. Once the door opens again, dash out and ignore the guards here. Rush around the walkway and over to the stairs.

You will hear the music pick up, it means that you are nearly there, and that a heap of guards are about to appear. Instead of walking down the stairs, just jump off the part of the walkway that does not have a guard-rail, then quickly dash over to the door under the stairs. About four guards will pour out from the room beyond the door, just ignore them and dash into the room to find Jonathan and complete the mission.

Special Agent

2. Plant comms device on antenna

For this mission, this guide will assume that you are going to set the comms rider bug on the antenna first. In the cutscene, wait for the guard patrolling to walk past the point where you begin, then start and knock down the two guards in front of you. Head around to the main base, knock down the two patrolling guards and destroy the two turrets on the way. Once you reach the opening at the end of the pathway leading out to the base, quickly dash out and fly over to the base of the guard tower. Once there, wait for the guards to come down or just go up the ladder and blast them.

Head over to the large opening behind the guard tower and head down the path. A guard at the bottom will probably see you and two others will appear. They will charge up to you, use the MagSec to zoom in and blast them. Head down the tunnel to the next opening, dash out then quickly head back in. A guard on the right will follow you, blast him and any others that appear from the left. Another gun turret is on the left, lean out from inside the tunnel to see it, use the MagSec to pick off shots at it, but take it slowly and hide if it fires. Once it is gone, head out into the open. You will see the communications antenna ahead, as well as a few guards patrolling around. Grab their attention and blast them as they charge at you, just stay alert as some of them can throw grenades, dash into the tunnel if they do.

Once the guards are gone, head over to the remains of the gun turret. Over on the left is the foot entrance to the base, two guards will be beside the door and a gun turret above it. Carefully blast the guards and hide behind a wall. Slowly lean out and pick off shots at the turret until it blows, remember to hide if it fires. Once the turret's gone, head over to the antenna. Joanna will say that she cannot throw the bug that high, so hit the button on the side of the antenna to lower it down. Take out the comms rider bug and throw it on the antenna's dish to complete objective 2.

1. Shut down air intercept radar

Once you throw the bug on the antenna, four guards, one with double MagSec's, will come out of the main entrance door under the remains of the second turret. Try to use a grenade to blast them all, or just pick them off with the MagSec, remember to grab the second one for a double MagSec. On the wall behind the antenna are two robot interceptors and a hover bike, jump on the hover bike and head back to the tunnel. At the top of the tunnel near the guard tower, four guards will rush out and charge at you, stay in the tunnel and pick them off from there.

Park the hover bike near the main entrance of the base, then climb up into the guard tower. Face the inner base wall, then throw a grenade over to the wall to destroy the gun turret on the side of the intercept radar, then throw another one over on the right corner of the radar to destroy the second one. Open the main door and jump back down to the hover bike. Push it inside, then rush in and go around to the rear of the radar where the turrets used to be. Head around the back and blast any guards patrolling, then grab the shield in the small opening on the wall. Go around to the front of the radar and blast the last turret, then head over to the technician standing by the robot interceptor and knock him out to get the lift key card. Head back over to the radar and go down the ladder. Take out the Explosives, head in and plant it on the large terminal inside.

This time, you will have to dodge a laser defense system on the way out. Once the timer appears and you hear the high-pitched beeping, crouch right down and head over to the first laser. Wait for it to disappear, then head through and around the corner. Go through the next two lasers when they disappear, then go through the final one and bolt back up the ladder before the radar blows to complete objective 1.

3. Gain access to hangar lift

The lift closest to the radar will have the two guards inside, the other one will be empty so call either one up. Once it arrives, blast the two guards (if they are there) and head in. Once the elevator reaches the bottom of the shaft you will have completed objective 3.

4. Make contact with CI spy

Once the elevator door opens, rush into the hangar and around to the ramp at the rear of the room. Ignore the guards, some will probably throw grenades and blow themselves up, just make sure you do not get caught in the blast. Head up the ramp and go around the catwalk and across the bridge. Blast any guards that get in the way and rush over to the elevator. Call it up, then head in and go down to the lower hangar. Once the door opens, rush in and around the guards. Head around the catwalk and across the bridge, go over to the ramp and jump off the edge. Go down to the door under the ramp, if it is not open, open it and rush through the guards pouring out from inside to complete the mission.

2. Plant comms device on antenna

Ok, this mission will be very tough on PA and will take you a few tries and some practice before mastering it. First, we will plant the comms rider bug on the antenna. Once the opening cutscene begins, wait for Carrington to say "...beyond that wall," then begin, walk up to the guard on the left with his back to you, pistol-whip him, then quickly shoot the second guard, he might sometimes try to run over to the gun turret by the wall, make sure he does not get there. Turn around, but before you head down the path along the canyon wall, watch for the patrolling guard, he might have already seen you. If he comes charging at you, hide behind a wall and pick off a few shots at him. Knock him down, grab his MagSec and grenade, then head over along the path.

Once you reach the corner, lean out and look for the second patrolling guard. Quickly pop him before he can fire. Head down to the end of the path, but once you reach the corner hide behind the wall outcrop from the gun turret. Lean out from behind the wall and fire at the turret until it blows, hide when it points at you or when you need to reload. Once it is destroyed, head around the corner, then use the lean move to destroy the second turret on the left corner past the canyon opening. With the turret down, take out the MagSec, then stand up by the edge of the corner on the right of the canyon opening. From here, aim up toward the guard tower's height, then quickly lean out and try to line you crosshair up with the guards in the tower before they spot you. Once they are in line, fire away, but be ready to hide again quickly once they start firing. The MagSec's pretty inaccurate so you will have to fire off a few shots before knocking them both down, but try not to get hit.

Once both guards are down, head out and over to the large tunnel beyond the guard tower. Look down into it and quickly blast the patrolling guard before he can run off to call two other guards. Once he is down, head up into the guard tower, grab the ammo the guards dropped, then stand up against the wall facing the intercept radar beyond the base wall. Take out a Grenade and throw it over the wall to the left corner of the radar, then throw another over to the right corner. You should hopefully have now destroyed the two gun turrets on the radar's walls. Take out the MagSec again, then open the main base door. Jump down and go over to the door until you can see the A51 intercept robot over on the helipad inside the base. Zoom in and shoot the technician standing by it once, he will then turn around and spot you, take out a Falcon 2 and then will run away from the robot.

Quickly pump nine shots into the intercept robot to destroy it (you will need to do this for objective 3). If the technician makes it through the door before it closes, quickly run up and disarm him, then knock him out, just do not kill him. If he does not make it, head down to the level floor of the tunnel beyond the guard tower, then head back up to the main base door and the technician will have 'magically' appeared there. Once you knock him out you will receive the key card for the hangar doors you will be using later. Head down the tunnel again to the other opening, step out into the open then quickly rush back into the tunnel. Two guards will run at you from the opening, one from the left and one from the right, try to knock them both down quickly without being hit.

Once they are down, slowly walk over to the opening again, then use the lean move to lean out to the right while facing the left and you will spot the gun turret over by the wall on the left. You should be able to get to a position so that you can see part of the turret while it cannot see you. Fire away at it until it blows, then head out and catch the attention of two more guards behind the turret. Rush back into the tunnel and wait for them to charge at you before blowing them down. Head out over to the antenna beyond the remains of the turret, then grab the attention of the two guards standing over near the foot entrance door below the gun turret.

Run back to the tunnel and wait there for them, then quickly knock them down. Head over to other side of the small wall next to the destroyed turret, then move closer to the edge of the wall ahead, so that you can quickly lean out to see the gun turret above the door in the distance. Line your crosshair up with the turret, then take quick shots at it, remember to hide when it fires. Once it blows, head around to the button on the side of the antenna, activate it to lower the antenna down. Look up and throw the comms rider bug onto the antenna's dish to complete objective 2.

3. Holograph meeting conspirators

Once you plant the rider bug, four guards, one with double MagSec's, will come charging out of the door opposite the antenna. If you still have a Grenade left, wait a few seconds for them to charge, then quickly throw a Grenade over on the ground near the door, the blast should hopefully blow them all, if not, use the MagSec and lure them over to the antenna, then blast them before they can sneak around behind you. If you do not have a Grenade, stand back from the door and rip into the guards when they appear. Try to get the second MagSec one of the guards drops. Once they are all down, look over to the alcoves in the wall next to the antenna. One houses a hover bike, while the other two have robot interceptors. Switch to three-round burst and pump nine shots (one clip) into each interceptor to destroy them to complete objective 3.

1. Shut down air intercept radar

Now we will go and shut down the intercept radar before entering the base's hangar. Head back over to the tunnel (leave the hover bike), and head back up to the main base door. Once you begin up the sloping part of the tunnel, stop and zoom in on the top of the tunnel. Two guards will charge out from behind a wall and come down to you, quickly pop both before they can hit you, the double MagSec will really help here. With both down, slowly head up and zoom in on the wall just below the guard tower's ladder. Slowly move up a little further, two more guards will charge out at you from there.

Quickly pop them both and strafe to the right if you have to avoid fire. Instead of heading through the main base door, go and stand up within the hole in the fence just up on the right past the tunnel opening. From here, face the right corner of the helipad within the mine-filled area, then walk directly toward it, keep going in a straight line and you should dodge the mines. Grab the Rocket Launcher on the helipad, then head over to the low hole in the wall just past the helipad. Crouch down and head in. Just behind the intercept radar, a guard will be patrolling around, he might have been caught in the blast when you destroyed the two gun turrets, otherwise keep an eye out for him. Go to the end of the radar's wall on the right, then quickly lean out to the right, then zip back behind the wall, one guard will have seen you and will be firing at you from near the ladder leading down to the radar, quickly zip out and blast him.

The patrolling guard might also be here, if he is not, head around the radar walls and find him. Once both guards are down, head over to the corner of the radar closest to the ladder, then destroy the turret there before it spots you. Head down the ladder and take out the Explosives. Go into the control center of the radar and plant the explosives on the console on the wall. A timer will appear and you will have about 20 seconds to get out of there before the radar blows. The laser defense system will become active, crouch right down and head over to the first laser. Wait for it to disappear completely, then head through. Pass through the next two lasers, by the time you reach the door you should have about 7 seconds left. Open the door and quickly head back up the ladder. Once the explosives detonate the intercept radar will be destroyed and you will have completed objective 1.

4. Gain access to hangar lift

This time it really helps if you planted the mine on the lower door in the previous mission. Detonate the mine then rush out of the safe room, ignore the guards and dash out of the opening to finish the mission. If the mine was on the upper door, take out the CMP150 and blast any guards on your way up to it. This mission shouldn't be as tough as previous ones, just mainly the early areas with the cloaked guards.

5. Make contact with CI spy

Stand back from the rear of the hangar lift, then once you reach the bottom and the door opens, quickly fire a rocket over at the two guards standing against the wall opposite the lift to knock them down. Quickly take out the MagSecs and try to blast the guard over on the left. If the hangar door closes and the lift rises, wait for it to head back down, a second guard comes out from around the wall opposite the lift, quickly blast him, if you ride up the lift again, once you reach the bottom he will be right up against the door. Be very careful as these two guards sometimes throw grenades.

Once the first four guards in the hangar are down, head in and go over to the corner of the wall ahead. Lean out and zoom in on the guard standing over by the door ahead. He will crouch down on the ground, quickly pound him before he can fire. Another guard is up at the top of the ramp behind the wall, lean around the corner, if he charges quickly knock him down. Grab the ammo the guards dropped, then head up the ramp and look over to the metal bridge. Two guards will appear and charge around over to you, these guards also throw grenades, so make sure you knock them down while they are still far back. With both down, head over to the elevator, then quickly knock down the guard standing by it. Call the elevator up, then ride it down to the lower hangar.

Take out the Dragon, then once the door opens, quickly charge in and blast the guard standing in front of you, then quickly blast the second one near the metal bridge ahead. Quickly head around and across the bridge, some guards will appear by the elevator and run after you, so keep going. Go around the corner, blast the guard against the wall, then quickly rush over to the rail-less part of the balcony and jump off down to the underside of the ramp. Quickly open the door below the ramp, then rush past the guards inside to complete the mission. A huge mission, this one will take you a while before conquering, especially with the MagSec's inaccurate firing.
